OpenDKIM v1.2.2.Beta0 available

A Beta release of v1.2.2 of OpenDKIM is now available from SourceForge.
This is fixes one build issue and a few bugs in the filter, but
there are no changes to the library or other programs.

Planned release date is Monday, January 18th.

Please check the RELEASE_NOTES from the tarball for details.
