It would be nice to get a read from the OpenDKIM developers if this issue
recently reported to oss-security [1] is relevant to OpenDKIM on systems with
support for Berkeley DB databases? After a quick look at the code, I don't
see anywhere that OpenDKIM initialized the DB config, so I suspect it might
be.
