/looks/ same as "dig default._domainkey.mymodeltalk.com. txt". That good.
There is a tool "opendkim-testkey" ( Use it with -v -v -v -v ! )

Google mark the existing signature as "no signature"
I guess because the signature is invalid.
post your opendkim.conf and how you plug opendkim and postfix together
