I see it too. Beta4 built fine for me but 2.9.1 does not:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `autobuild.8', needed by `all-am'.

Looking in autobuild/Makefile.am this error occurs only when building
--with-jansson. I guess not many people build --with-jansson.
I copied autobuild.8 from Beta4 into opendkim-2.9.1/autobuild/ and then
the problem goes away.
