OpenDKIM 2.9.1 Beta4 available

Changes since Beta3:

o Include modified libtool in the package, and simplify the --disable-rpath
   hack

o Fix infinite loop when mlfi_connect() is called with a hostname starting
   with a "." character. Reported by Philip Guenther.

o Fix bug #202: Fix pkg-config check for GNUTLS. Reported by
   Dilian Wesselinov Palauzov.

o Fix loading of refiles

o Don't force libdl, but rather use AC_SEARCH_LIBS to find dlopen

o Fix bug #203: opendkim-genzone requires pthreads.

o Patch #30: May need to include libdl when linking in Lua. Patch from
   Dilian Wesselinov Palauzov.

o Patch #29: Look for libmilter in lib64. Patch from
   Dilian Wesselinov Palauzov.

o Nameserver -> Nameservers in opendkim.conf.sample

o Add/update text about dot stuffing in libopendkim docs
