I just built 2.9.1 on a CentOS 6.5 x86_64 box and am happy to report
that the following bugs were resolved:
--enable-socketdb fails to compile on CentOS 6.5 x86_64

Compilation no longer fails.
--with-libmemcached fails to compile on CentOS 6.5 x86_64
http://sourceforge.net/p/opendkim/bugs/191/
It correctly shows an error that you need to have at least version 0.36
of libmemcached-devel installed.
--with-libevent fails to detect libevent on CentOS 6.5 x86_64
http://sourceforge.net/p/opendkim/bugs/192/
libevent version 1.x.x is now properly detected.
There's one remaining bug that's not yet unresolved:
--disable-rpath does not disable rpath on CentOS 6.5 x86_64
