Updated systemd service file for contrib

Can you please use this as the contrib/systemd/opendkim.service.in file in
your next release?

It fixes https://sourceforge.net/p/opendkim/bugs/184/

Only difference is the addition of these two lines in the [Service] section:

User=opendkim
Group=opendkim
