Changes since Beta1:

o Fix bug #182: Add an Authentication-Results header field even for messages
   with no valid From: field or a fatal structural violation. Reported by
   John Wood.

o Fix bug #180: Drain results object when doing a DB walk of a postgresql
   table. Problem noted by Szucs Adam.

o dkimf_db_walk() in the LDAP case could cause libldap to throw an assertion
   if the configured data set didn't return enough attributes for the walk
   request. Add guard code against such a case.
