Please give this one a try, especially if you reported a bug that's been
fixed in this release. I want to make sure we're ready to go so I can
release this in the coming week or two. I'm going to be pretty busy with
IETF and DMARC stuff for a while so getting this out would be great.

Changes since Beta1:

o Fix bug #172: Repair broken AutoRestartRate logic. Patch from Sho Kubata.

o Fix bug #171: Escape "+" character in regex generation. Reported by
   Scott Kitterman.

o Comment about bug number changes

o Remove unused variables, fix some type mismatches

o Fix bug #169: Add "::1" to the default InternalHosts list. Suggested by
   Norbert Aschendorff.

o Fix a bogus pointer dereference

o Don't free() something before it's allocated

o Silence some warnings
