Two new files for contrib/init/redhat

Sorry for tossing these in at the last minute, but these will enable some
major improvements in the RPM packages moving forward.

1) New default DKIM key generation script, which will run on startup in RPM
packages starting with v2.8.0:

2) New systemd .service file, which will replace rc.init/opendkim file on
systemd-capable systems (Fedora 16+):

I think they could both initially live in contrib/init/redhat - I move them
where needed in the SPEC file (#1 will go in /usr/sbin and #2 will go in
/lib/systemd/system/opendkim.service)
