Beta6 available

Changes since Beta5 are centered around build correctness and some work in
the _FFR_REPRRD code:

o Improve combined reputation logic under _FFR_REPRRD

o Include history table upgrade instructions

o Include <bsd/string.h>, if available, when needed

o Build-time fixes and resolved warnings for Linux

This will probably be the last Beta release, with the formal release going
out late this week.
