its brokken by design of redhat, issueing keys localy and not add it to
dns will only make the halfwork, it will properly not even test if works
but report it to redhat or fix spec file itself
/usr/sbin needs root access, while /usr/bin can be runned from any user
think about security, after redhat8 i dont want to play there games
anymore, not even pay for there shit
