Changes since Beta1:

o Move reputation scripts to sbin

o Don't install the opendkim-spam man page if the binary isn't installed

o Indicate in docs that odkim.set_result() causes final message disposition

o Fix loop structure in the C side of odkim.get_rcpt(). Problem noted by
   Todd Lyons.

o Recipient indexing starts at 0

o Minor documentation fixes

o Log any SSL errors retrieved when DKIM_STAT_INTERNAL is returned

o Default to "circles" in opendkim-gengraphs. Based on a patch from Andreas
   Schulze.

o Fix up dual signing with shared body and accompanying unit test and update
   documentation

Beta3 is not far behind, but is (currently) entirely incremental feature
work and does not contain any fixes.
