Changes since Beta0:

o BUILD: LDAP caching requires BDB

o Add DKIM_LIBFLAGS_DROPSIGNER; libopendkim currently returns an error if you
   ask for an i= that doesn't match d= per the RFC, but this flag will still
   generate the signature absent the invalid i= value
