t-test75 in OpenDKIM v2.5.0 fails

Hi,

Thanks for releasing 2.5.0.

I found a trivial problem.
t-test75 in 2.5.0 fails in SEGBUS because dkim_libfeature() is placed
before dkim_init().
This should not affect the feature.
