2.5.0-Beta15: patch needed

hello,

back in the office I feed beta15 into my buildsystem.
It found a 64bit-portability-issue similar to
http://lists.opendkim.org/archive/opendkim/dev/2011/12/1257.html

Problem is the missing declaration of strptime.

Attached my patch which may not be portable!
On Linux, /usr/include/time.h defines strptime only if __USE_XOPEN is defined.
