t-test75 and t-test140 never run

Hi,

t-test75 (test for parsetime) and t-test140 (test for xtags) don't
seem to run correctly.

 t-test75: the keyword _FFR_PARSE_TIME is declared _FFR_PARSETIME in
 configure and build-config.h.

 # I thought parse time feature was broken once; is it okay now?


 I haven't looked into t-test140 one, yet.
