The attached patch appears to fix it. Let me know how it goes, and I can
do a Beta15.

The DKIM_STAT_KEYFAIL error is possibly caused by the fact that you were
running t-test73 without running t-setup first, which the test suite does
for you under "make check". It's a test suite trick that dates back a
long way: t-setup creates some test input files but doesn't actually test
anything; then all the numbered tests run; then t-cleanup removes the
temporary input files, again without testing anything.
