By default, yes. You can put a caching layer in the way by adding
"--enable-reputation_cache" to your build so that it won't ask the same
question more than once per hour. (Currently hard-coded.)
Check for cores though. I just fixed a crash bug that might prevent your
filter code from getting that far. The diff is attached.
