Here's what I see in test mode:

% opendkim -Q
opendkim: enter data set description
         csl:entry1[,entry2[,...]]
         file:path
         refile:path
         db:path
         dsn:<backend>://[user[:pwd]_at_][port+]host/dbase[/key=val[?...]]
         lua:path
         memcache:host[:port][,...]/prefix
         repute:server[:reporter]
> repute:<test-server-name>
opendkim: enter 'query/n' where 'n' is number of fields to request
> gmail.com/5
'0.005781'
'1.000000'
'338'
'1323594584'
'1749'

Do you get an error back instead of those values?

That test exercises the same reputation code the filter uses in
production. If this works, the filter should work.
