Instructions for LDAP queries (contribution)

Murray,

I've attached an opendkim_ldap.tar.gz. It contains the following files:

example.com.ldif
  Fully functional LDAP example data with attributes to control DKIM signing

opendkim.schema
  An LDAP schema to populate an LDAP DIT with DKIM signing data

README.LDAP
  A README document describing how to setup and configure openDKIM LDAP
  queries

I hope it is useful for others. Please give README.LDAP a review if you
consider adding it to opendkim sources.
