This is a DNS issue due to wildcards:

_adsp._domainkey.bloomberg.com. 3600 IN TXT "spf2.0/pra -all"
_adsp._domainkey.bloomberg.com. 3600 IN TXT "v=spf1 -all"

There is a DNS wildcard causing the above.
