Looks like the fix to Gary's milter "bogus reply" issue clobbered a couple
of FFRs, one of which you're using and I had failed to test.
Both of you can try the attached patch, Andreas to verify that this fixes
your problem and Gary to confirm that it doesn't reintroduce yours.
