Planning for v2.4.0

I think I'd like to give six months notice for removal of DomainKeys
support from OpenDKIM, and as such I'm going to leave it in for v2.4.0.
Instead I'll schedule its removal in v2.5.0, aiming for October. I'll
announce it on opendkim-announce in the next couple of weeks.

I'll be taking a break from OpenDKIM coding and support for a couple of
weeks to focus on other projects. Of course, I'm nearby if something
major comes up.

For v2.4.0, I'd like to release in early June. I'll be working on the new
code starting in about two weeks' time with an eye toward a one-month Beta
for most of May. If you look at the current Bugs and Feature Trackers on
SourceForge, anything marked higher than priority 5 has a good chance of
making it in, and other stuff will work in if I can fit it. As usual,
please take a look; if you see something you'd like to work on (I'd love
the help), or know of something you want to add, or object to something
that's planned, please say so on the list.

Thanks for all the support on 2.3.1!
