Changes since Beta1:
o Minor correction to DNS function return codes for unbound, which
doesn't have an expired/no-reply distinction like libar does.
o LIBOPENDKIM: Fix up timeout handling with a DNS callback is in use.
o LIBOPENDKIM: Update for draft-kucherawy-dkim-atps-03.
The above two are the fix to the hanging thread problem reported on a few
systems.
Release date now pushed to Wednesday to give it a brief period of running
out in the wild. It's already running on my development server, which is
publicly reachable.
