DKIM signing based for mailing list

Hello,

ResignMailTo is used for signing mail going through a mailing
list. The "From:" header does not contain the domain used in the
"d=". The SigningTable has a "* opendkim.org" entry. All messages
are getting signed with opendkim.org instead of only the ones going
through the mailing list.

SigningTable matches the "From:" header. For mailing list traffic, a
match on the "To:" header is more appropriate. Should the entry be
move from the SigningTable to ResignMailTo with a "key" to the KeyTable?
