ResignMailTo

Hello,

This mailing list is now using the ResignMailTo feature. Three
datasets are used, KeyTable, SigningTable and the last one for
ResignMailTo. The entry for the SigningTable dataset is:

* opendkim.org

and the one for ResignMailTo contains the email address of the
mailing list. Thanks to Murray for explaining how the feature works.
